Why the Journal exists

A connected knowledge system.

An article about a R700,000 heifer should link to the heifer, her sire, her dam, her progeny and her bloodline.

That is the difference between a blog and a record. Over time the Journal becomes the reasoning behind the herd — the place where a buyer can see not just what we bred, but why we thought it would work, and whether it did.
